Erosion analysis

In FlowXplore, we simulate the different factors that influence the erosion rate. Such as erosion effects due to flow rate and particle concentration. Finally, the simulation includes alterations to valve shape without decreasing the flow rate.

The valve are subjected to structural loading due to human interaction, fluid flow and frictional shear etc. at different components of assembly. These stresses are taken into care for the quality and FOS of the product. This enables to find the insight of the component at various specified conditions and the nature of loading at each state. Seismic Analysis

Seismic analysis helps to find the structural loading due to sudden earthquakes and random vibrations. On coupling with Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI), it is also capable to find the sloshing of fluid and its impacts.
